October 31, 2015 Ben and Jerry’s
Ben and Jerry’s partnered up with New Belgium Brewing to create a delicious new flavor called Salted Caramel Bown-ie Ale ice cream. It’s New Belgium Brown Ale ice cream with salted caramel and huge pieces of fudge brownie. The ale ice cream balances out the sweetness of the caramel making this an “eat the whole pint in one sitting” kind of ice cream. You can get it in scoop shops or buy pints of it – I tried this out at the Newbury Street location! It’s a limited batch flavor, so try it while you can!
Eat ice cream and do good? You bet! a portion of the proceeds for this ice cream will benefit Protect Our Winters, an organization founded by pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones. The organization bridges the gap between the winter sports community and the necessary action to address climate change.
