A Little Bit About a Lot of Things

I have done other reviews of the Nordstrom’s Cafe Bistro (http://dgrubs.wordpress.com/2010/02/20/nordstroms-cafe-bistro-2/) (http://dgrubs.wordpress.com/2010/02/14/nordstroms-cafe-bistro/) , but had to put in another post of a great pizza I had the other day. Crimini mushroom pizza with herbed ricotta cheese (it seems like I have been having lots of good pizza these days). The mushrooms were cooked perfectly-the right balance between soft and firm. The herbed ricotta cheese was light and the taste was faint-but mixed together with the other cheeses and the mushrooms made it a wonderful mix! Too bad this isn’t a regular item on the menu (it was a special) because I would be there all the time.
