November 19, 2014 The Good Ones: 80’s Yoga Power Hour
Guests gathered Sunday afternoon for a Good Ones Power Hour at South Boston Yoga. Everyone was decked out in their 80’s workout attire for an hour long yoga session followed by an hour of conversation and healthy treats. David Vendetti led the yoga class to the best beats of the 80’s: The Bangles, a-ha and Madonna to name a few. David brings a great energy to the class – he is an amazing teacher.
