November 25, 2013 Taco Truck
Moving to a new office means a whole slew of new food trucks to try out. I posted before about the barbacoa tacos from the Taco Truck, which were delicious. This time around I went with the shrimp tacos – of course with cotija cheese and gucamole. 3 tacos with seared adobo rojo shrimp, pico de gallo, pineapple and fresh green salsa for just under $10. Check out how fresh the tacos are, the bright colors. The shrimp had a little bit of a kick to it and it was balanced by the sweetness of the pineapple. I loved how everything melded together, and the flavors were bold but complimentary. Getting your taco takes a beat, but good things come to those that wait. The service is super friendly every time I go.
