Thanks for your comment. I am sorry if you mistook what I said. If you read the whole post, I did mention that lots of people were ordering fried dough, which takes longer, as you said. Indeed, people did want to try your food, including myself and if I didn’t state it clearly enough, I really did in enjoy my mac and cheese! (and it was delivered in a timely fashion). In no way was this a negative review about your truck, quite the opposite in fact! Hope that clears things up 🙂

It’s just our subs and pasts have several variations. Our average serving time is under45 seconds. The only items that take longer are the fried fought pizza and apple fritters. We ask people ordering these items to step aside to wait and continue serving other guests. Our line was long because many people wanted our food…not because we were slow serving. Our mac& cheese with meatballs is actually or signature dish loved by many.
