Mandy, We LOVED the London pass!! We actually bought the Paris pass too, but when we went to the office on Saturday afternoon-they were CLOSED!! Looks like even though it was September, the were still running on summer hours 🙁 And then they were closed on Sunday-so we never picked up our passes. Any thoughts on how to remedy this problem and get our money back?
