Check out their website http://www.considerbardwellfarm.com/cheese.html

I went there looking for some cheese that I had in Vermont, the Ascutney Mountain and Four Corners from Cobb Hill Farm. I was told that Cobb Hill was this small farm with under a dozen cows. Shipping to Boston was a big deal-basically they can make more money selling retail at local farmers markets in Vermont than wholesale to Wasik’s. So I guess we will just have to wait until the winter time to see Cobb Hill in MA-when they will be more likely to sell to Wasik’s.
